PALISADES
Palisades are basically smoothly milled timber landscaping poles. They are used in the construction of children playgrounds, fences, bed edgings, tree stakes, slope stabilisation and other garden features, as well as for general construction purposes. We produce palisades with a diameter of 4 – 16 cm in the maximum length of 6 metres. The raw timber used is spruce.

FIREWOOD WASTE – OFFCUTS
Firewood waste means the offcuts after cutting the palisades to their exact length. The offcuts are up to 20 cm long and can be used mainly as fuel for fireplaces and for local heating. The weight is between 190 and 250 kg/st (stere), depending on the current moisture content.
As this is waste and therefore an item, whose production we try to minimise, please check with us at least 14 days in advance for current availability.
PRODUCTION WASTE – WOOD WASTE
Wood waste means the wood and bark residues that are produced when cutting pole material to the required diameter and is reminiscent of the more familiar wood chips. The size of the individual pieces is about 3 – 4 cm. It finds its application mainly in gardening (as an alternative to bark mulch) or heating material (often mixed with coal).
